If you wish to proceed we will give you a detailed free estimate based on the best information you can provide and our most up to date costs and experience of time estimates. Each part of the build process will be given a code. You will get a detailed two weekly invoice complete with codes relating to all elements of your original estimate so you can see exactly how the build is progressing in relation to your budget. The invoices will highlight any changes that have been made to the original plans so you can see how they may affect the build progress and total build cost.
